Milania Giudiche kicked off her summer with drama after getting arrested and charged with ‘simple assault’ and ‘purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.’ Not much has come out about what really went down that night. Milania’s Crimes
As previously reported, back in May, Milania had the cops called on her by one of her sisters. Up until this point, it’s only been known that she was going at multiple people, and her sister had to call the cops because they were worried about safety. Milania even hired a high-profile lawyer, so she seems very prepared for whatever is to come.
However, now, more details are emerging. Apparently, the whole thing started with Milania’s boyfriend. She was getting in a fight with a family member about him, and things got out of hand.
“Milania was allegedly fighting with a family member about her boyfriend. They allegedly raised some concerns they had, which angered Milania,” Reality Blurb! reports.
While Milania hasn’t been confirmed to be dating anyone since she broke up with Kevin Carmichael, there’s clearly a mystery man in the University of Tampa student’s life.
This fight is what got heated and eventually led to the cops getting involved.
“There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her,” they elaborated. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people.”

With every crime comes a mugshot, and of course, Milania’s is no different. However, in a recent TikTok with her sister, she actually spoke out on it. Apparently, the mugshot everyone has been seeing isn’t her real one. Instead, the picture circulating is AI.
“I have one thing to say,” Milania claims. “I’m gonna save the rest for tomorrow, but that mugshot of me… if you guys really believe… that’s AI.”

She continues to explain that not only is that not her real mugshot, but she’s not afraid to say that she looks good in her real mugshot. In fact, she says she looks ‘fire.’ Of course, she knows she shouldn’t be proud of a mugshot, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t going to hype her own photo up.
“I ate down in my mugshot,” she says. She continues, adding “I look fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but… it is what it is. S*it happens in life… You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it.”
