In a cruel twist of fate, Chennai Super Kings’ newest all-rounder Ramakrishna Ghosh has been ruled out of the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season after suffering a fracture to his right foot during his debut match. The injury occurred in CSK’s home clash against Mumbai Indians on Saturday, May 2 — a game that was meant to mark the beginning of a promising journey for the 28-year-old.
