WestJet Vacations is making it easier for travel advisors to manage eligible vacation package bookings directly through the WestJet Vacations Agent portal with the introduction of a new self-serve cancellation feature.
Available through Manage my bookings, the new functionality allows advisors to cancel eligible client bookings online using the guest’s last name, booking number, email address and payment details.
The feature provides advisors with another self-serve option to manage bookings directly and efficiently for their clients.
Select bookings are excluded, including FIT bookings, departures within 24 hours, bookings with a previous change or cancellation fee, and bookings with amendments or billing line adjustments.
Travel advisors can access the new feature through Manage my bookings on the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal.
