The divorce between Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, keeps getting uglier. While she was off gallivanting for her 50th birthday, he tried to take their Encino mansion from under her. He wanted to sell it before it was officially foreclosed upon. However, the RHOBH star is now maintaining that her ex is attempting to “evict” their two minor children. Keep reading for all of the nasty details.
Dorit Kemsley Overspends, PK Does Same?
There is no disputing that former RHOBH couple PK and Dorit Kemsley have lived way beyond their means. It got so bad that their Encino mansion is now facing foreclosure and has been for around two years. PK claims that he has saved the house, but can no longer do so. He wants the home to be turned over so he can sell it for what he believes it is worth, around $8 million. Moreover, he has stated that Dorit is blowing money left and right on luxury vacations and shopping, completely ignoring the mortgage and household bills.
In a twist, Dorit is claiming that PK is guilty of overspending and making lavish purchases. She accused him of being a “runaway” spender and has been avoiding paying the mortgage like the plague. Although he moved out of the mansion, he allegedly said that he would continue to pay the bills, including the mortgage. He agreed to this to avoid paying child support, but Dorit stated that she had no idea he had defaulted until she received foreclosure notices.
Regarding PK’s income, the RHOBH star stated that she feels he makes $2 million per year and has roughly $400K in the bank. As for their children, they share Phoenix, 10, and Jagger, 12. However, Dorit Kemsley claimed that her ex is overspending and attempting to leave the children “homeless.” Finally, she wants the courts not to allow PK to sell the home. Rather, she is asking that he be forced to bring the home up to date. That way, no one has to move, and the children can maintain their lifestyle.
Dorit Wants More
Along with Dorit Kemsley asking for the mortgage to be brought up to date, she is also requesting cash. The author and designer wants $21K per month in child support. Additionally, she would like $22K per month in spousal support. Finally, Dorit has requested $347K in retroactive support payments. Of course, PK is going to fight this as he believes she is more than capable of taking care of herself and their children. RHOBH fans saw what was going on, and they could not help but mock Dorit:
- Evetytime i think Poorit cant stoop any lower, she manages to do so. EVERY. TIME. I hope Bravo fires her, she loses her home, and is forced into a small property she can afford.
- No Dorit, you are refusing to pay the mortgage and instead buying clothes, shoes and bags.

They also felt that it was Dorit Kemsley being evicted rather than her children. She just wants to play the sympathy card.
