The 56-year-old Bronx-born entertainer showed off her defined abs while wearing a white ribbed cropped sweater layered over a black sports bra, paired with matching high-waisted leggings and white trainers.
She posted a series of images from her workout on Instagram, captioning them with a bicep emoji and the phrase “Rise and grind.”
Her longtime trainer, Tracy Anderson, responded in the comments with praise, writing, “Those abs!!!”
Lopez has often credited Anderson’s training system as a key part of her fitness routine, repeatedly stressing consistency and gradual daily improvement in previous posts.
Back in 2023, Lopez presented Anderson with an Outstanding Achievement in Fitness award at the 5th Annual Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles.

According to Lopez, the creators were so committed to her involvement that they reportedly considered shelving the film if she turned it down.
“They sent me the script, and they were like, ‘We wrote this for you. If you don’t do it, we’re not even making the movie,” she recalled, per People Magazine, adding that she and her producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, immediately connected with its tone and humor.
Despite a packed schedule filled with multiple ongoing projects, she said she made room for the film because it felt like the right creative fit.
