Summer House star West Wilson has confirmed that he is done with the hit show after three seasons. He joined the Bravo reality series in Season 8, but now, after a damaging reunion, the Missouri native is packing up his bags and leaving. Keep reading for more details on what officially sparked this decision.
West Wilson Had A Horrid Season
When West Wilson joined Summer House in Season 8, he was just a goofy guy. At the same time, he won over Ciara Miller and the two dated. Sadly, it ended, and they had a contentious friendship. The two did rebuild and worked their way back up, with him not caring what he did in his sophomore season. He bonded with the guys and had the best time. Before Season 10, his Hampton housemates, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke, shared that they had split. Midseason, Amanda and West revealed that they were now an item, and that rocked the home. Amanda and Ciara had been best friends, while West and Kyle were also close.
Everyone was blindsided and betrayed. They had to film the reunion together, and that was even more of a mess. Now, after all is said and done, West has decided to bow out and leave the series. However, it appears that it was not his choice to leave the long-running show. Per an insider, he was allegedly not invited back for Season 11, but it does not appear he put up a fight. At the same time, West may still pop up for appearances here and there in the Hamptons. Or, he could show up when the cast goes back to New York.
It is unclear who will be back for Season 11 of Summer House. In The City, the spinoff of the show, is currently airing. However, based on the success of that show and what is offered to the cast, that will likely determine who chooses to say yes to a contract.
Do Fans Want West?
West Wilson stayed relatively quiet during the Summer House reunion. He then went on his own podcast press tour, which infuriated the cast and host, Andy Cohen. So, do viewers even want him to come back for another season?

- Hopefully itâs a see you never
Looks like he wonât be missed, and a cameo is not even necessary. Moreover, he can take Amanda Batula with him when he goes.
