A star-studded season of one of the most popular reality shows came to a conclusion in May, but it sparked an unexpected feud. Survivor 50 star Cirie Fields fired back at alum Boston Rob over his criticism of her season finale vote. Keep reading to find out more unexpected beef.
Boston Rob Calls Out Cirie Fields, Others Over Survivor 50 Vote
Boston Rob and Cirie Fields are both legends in the Survivor reality show. They’ve never competed in the same season, but have a friendly rivalry going on. However, Boston Rob took the rivalry a little too far with his thoughts on her Survivor 50 vote.
During an interview with Parade, Boston Rob questioned if Cirie Fields and Ozzy Lusth’s reasons for voting for winner Aubry Bracco were “excuses.”
“[Aubry] rode someone’s coattails, and that was looked down upon, and now it’s being revered,” Boston Rob said. “So, I wonder, is that something they actually revere, or is that the excuse they’re giving to be able to justify their vote? To say she played the middle really well, because they didn’t want to vote for Jonathan [Young], or they didn’t want to vote for Joe [Hunter], so they wanted to vote for Aubry.”
Boston Rob didn’t compete on Survivor 50 because he thought his journey on the show was done after five appearances.

Cirie Fields Fires Back, Defends Herself
Aubry Bracco won Survivor 50 on an 8-3-0 jury vote and took home the $2 million prize. Fans voted Cirie Fields as the winner of the Sia Fan Favorite prize of $100,000. PEOPLE magazine caught up with her at the Tribeca Festival’s Survivor 50th Season Anniversary Panel over the weekend and asked her to address Boston Rob’s comments.
“I’ll be 56 years old in July. I don’t need excuses to justify anything I do or say. Never have, never will. Period,” she said. Cirie Fields came in 6th place on Survivor 50 and called it an “awesome” experience, despite Boston Rob’s criticism.
She Teases What’s Next

“This has been the best year and continues to be one of the best years of my life. So please just stay tuned,” she said. The Survivor contestant teased, “There may be other shows, there may be some commercials. There’s a lot going on.”
She’s already competed on Traitors. So, what do you think she will do next, and where would you like to see her? Share your thoughts on her next move.
