Hunter Johnson’s Family Is A Mess
Unexpected viewers watched as Hunter Johnson tried his best to be a father at 13. They could not believe that TLC was exploiting a young boy like this. However, this is what the network has been doing with various shows. Moreover, this particular series has always been about dysfunction and teenagers in rough situations. Hunter was very close to his girlfriend, Bella Vaughn’s mother, Falen, and she allowed the two to do whatever they wanted. They even showered together days after Bella’s C-section and were intimate within 4 days.
Ultimately, Casey Johnson, Hunter’s father, fought and won custody of his son. He wanted his son to be safe and out of the public eye. Moreover, he wanted him to have stability, but now, that may all be up in the air. Casey’s wife, Brettney, just revealed that the two are divorcing. This makes sense why Hunter and Bella have suddenly gotten back together amid a brief split. Brettney noted that they have been through a lot over the last few months, and it has been hard. The couple has had to fight for custody of Hunter and prove that Casey is a good dad.
Moreover, Bella’s mother, Falen, was arrested outside of Casey’s home. Plus, Hunter’s mother, Stacie Riddle, was also at the scene, allegedly stirring up trouble. So, it has been a lot to take on, and the focus is on the children. Casey was portrayed as a deadbeat on Unexpected several times, and he had to keep showing that this was false.
